Mid Season: All school holidays, Easter, Special Events
High Season: Dec 19 – Jan 19 (inclusive)
Low Season: All other dates

PAYMENT

Low Season: 1st night deposit taken; balance due 14 days before arrival.
Mid Season: 1st night deposit taken; balance due 21 days before arrival.
High Season: 1st night deposit taken; balance due 30 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION

Low Season:
Full cancellation fee applies within 14 days of arrival.
Outside 14 days, deposit refunded less administration fee.

Mid Season:
Full cancellation fee applies within 21 days of arrival.
Outside 21 days, deposit refunded less administration fee.

High Season:
Full cancellation fee applies within 30 days of arrival.
Outside 30 days, deposit refunded less administration fee.

Note:
Full cancellation fee applies for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

ADMINISTRATION FEE

A $55 administration fee applies to all booking changes or cancellations.

EARLY DEPARTURE

No refunds for early departures.

Our apartments are sold by category, not by view or building position.

Standard: Unrenovated
Premium: Partially updated
Deluxe: Fully renovated

Note: Each apartment is individually owned and furnished. Décor varies between apartments.
