Please review the following terms and conditions, which outline important information regarding your stay, online bookings & cancellations
PAYMENT METHOD
Visa or MasterCard details must be provided to confirm a booking.
AMEX not accepted.
Balance of Payment: DIRECT BANK TRANSFER Preferred – details provided on confirmation.
SEASONS
Mid Season: All school holidays, Easter, Special Events (inc. long weekends)
High Season: Dec 19 – Jan 19 Inclusive
Low Season: All other dates
PAYMENT TERMS
Low Season: 1st night deposit will be taken and balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Mid Season: 1st night deposit will be taken and balance payable 21 days prior to arrival.
High Season: 1st night deposit will be taken and balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION
Low Season: Full amount cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival. If cancelled outside of 14 days your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee.
Mid Season: Full amount cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 21 days of arrival. If cancelled outside of 21 days your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee.
High Season: Full amount cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. If cancelled outside of 30 days your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee.
Full amount cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled on the day of arrival or in the case of a “no show” for part of or all of the booked dates
ADMINISTRATION FEE
An administration fee of AU$55.00 applies to any booking cancellations or changes.

While we always strive to accommodate our guests’ requests, please note that specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Our apartments are categorized by type and are not sold by view or position in the building.
Standard: Unrenovated Premium: Partially updated Deluxe: Fully renovated
Note: All apartments are individually owned and furnished to each owners individual taste. Decor will vary between apartments.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend all our guests have appropriate travel insurance.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of a booking will be made within 24 hours at which time the booking is accepted and complete.
